“I definitely think the planet is very sad.Unfortunately, Lil Peep’s career only lasted a couple years before he was found dead in his tour bus, he had accidentally overdosed on fentanyl and xanax. Lil Peep’s career sort of took off after meeting his friend and fellow rapper, Craig Xen. Lil Peep moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams and goals of being a rapper shortly after getting his first face tattoo (under his left eye he got a broken heart). He chose the name Lil Peep because his mother, Liza Womack who he had referred to as being his best friend, had called him ‘Peep’ for his whole life. His parents were both Harvard graduates but described his childhood as containing a lot of apathy and drug abuse. Gustav Elijah Ahr, most commonly known as Lil Peep, was born in Pennsylvania in 1996.
